Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Certain items, such as customized or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item is received.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
